Dynamic Drain Technologies is the industry leader specializing in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) projects for large residential buildings and campuses, industrial and healthcare facilities, National parks and federal properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our client/project properties include the Capital Building, Smithsonian, Harvard University, University of Virginia and Glaxo Smith Kline. Excellent year-over-year revenue growth.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily operations, project scheduling and staff supervision for CIPP rehabilitation initiatives and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management in multifamily or commercial properties. This role requires leadership skills, working knowledge of project management software, experience communicating project plans to clients, experience staging equipment and materials, experience managing field teams of 4 to 8 staff. Detailed attention to quality assurance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Communicating with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues. Oversee CIPP rehabilitation projects, including site assessments, material selection, and installation processes. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Proficient in project management software to develop/manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Solve on-site issues, including technical challenges, while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Train and mentor team members on CIPP processes and best practices. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and safety documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant trade certifications in construction management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management (minimum of 3+ years). Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily mechanical systems and relevant industry regulations. Bilingual English, Spanish is a major plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ASCE, AWWA, PACP, NASSCO) preferred. Travel - The position requires out of area travel of approximately 14 weeks per year. Travel may be for a week or for up to three weeks on a given trip. Upcoming projects are in Boston MA, Denver CO, Atlanta GA and Charlottesville VA. Company provides transportation to out of area projects, covering the cost of lodging and provides a daily per diem based on the city rate for meals.
