We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a part-time role as a GTM Enablement Coordinator. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic team, contributing to the success of product and partner enablement initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate training sessions and logistics, managing invitations and attendance tracking. Oversee content management and governance, ensuring resources are up-to-date and accessible. Draft and format communication materials, including emails and presentations. Administer knowledge checks and surveys to gather feedback and insights. Support project management operations, maintaining workflows and tracking progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement deliverables and initiatives. Skills Strong background in content creation and management. Proven project management skills with a focus on organizational efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience with content management tools like HighSpot or Seismic. Familiarity with AI-based tools and technologies. Knowledge of learning management systems such as Asana or Jira.
