This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the assigned work area. The Operations & Maintenance Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting Government operations by coordinating facility-related projects, managing maintenance initiatives, and assisting with space planning and occupancy support activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and experience supporting operational and administrative project efforts in a fast-paced environment. This position supports Government operations responsible for administering space planning, relocation coordination, build-out and reconfiguration project management, occupancy agreement tracking and planning, and strategic real estate support services across a broad portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate operations and maintenance projects to support Government facility and space management initiatives. Assist with relocation coordination, office reconfiguration efforts, and build-out project activities. Support occupancy agreement tracking, planning, and documentation management. Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and operational milestones to ensure timely completion. Provide administrative and operational support for facility-related programs and initiatives. Collaborate with Government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to support ongoing operational requirements. Maintain project documentation, reports, records, and status updates with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with identifying operational issues and support resolution efforts to maintain project continuity. Support strategic real estate and facility planning initiatives as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operational and project management needs.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor's degree in business, project management, facilities management, construction management, or related field preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance. Experience supporting operations, maintenance, facilities, or project management activities. Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a professional environment. Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and operational coordination. Experience supporting Government contracts, facility operations, or real estate initiatives preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive or confidential information appropriately.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
