Project Analyst Na Ali'i Consulting & Sales, LLC. - 3.9 Arlington, VA Job Details Full-time $79,000 - $98,500 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Nakupuna is seeking a Project Analyst to support our Mission & Business Operations Services (MBOS). This individual will support senior leadership, multiple project teams, and the Business Development team in advancing service delivery excellence and expanding our MBOS line of business. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who promotes collaboration and embraces learning and innovation. The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Manage and support project teams across a diverse portfolio of clients, capabilities, and internal business operations initiatives. Provide project management, operational, and communications support on contracts and corporate initiatives, including reporting, deliverable development, data analysis, briefing preparation, meeting and training coordination, and milestone tracking. Oversee contract deliverables, project compliance requirements, project site audits, Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking, and related reporting activities. Coach and mentor team members. Be accountable for employee engagement. Manage personnel actions, including recruiting and hiring processes as well as performance plans. Manage corporate project updates, burn plans, utilization reporting, training compliance reporting, and other operational metrics. Collaborate with Executives, Senior Managers, Project Managers, and Shared Services, including the Program Management Office, to promote and facilitate high-quality service delivery and efficient business operations. Engage with clients and CORs to obtain performance feedback on a regular basis. Support business development efforts by tracking opportunities and recompetes, supporting capture activities, developing proposals and capability briefs, and fostering customer relationships. Support development and maintenance of project write-up libraries, knowledge management repositories, and operational documentation. Develop and present capability briefings, training materials, and informational presentations to customers and internal stakeholders. Understand service offerings and approaches to better inform briefings, responses, and marketing materials. Support and coordinate company training initiatives, workshops, and offsite events. Strive to continuously improve processes, operational efficiency, compliance, and product delivery.
Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in the business development cycle. Specifically, the ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities: Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects. Experience working in or with federal government and/or military organizations is highly preferred. Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills. Ability to develop and review reports, presentations, proposals, and client deliverables. Experience supporting business operations, compliance activities, reporting, process improvement initiatives, and business development efforts Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines. Experience synthesizing complex information, analyzing data, and developing executive-level briefings, visualizations, and recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other tools used for project management, reporting, collaboration, and knowledge management. Willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Experience working across teams and functional areas. Willingness to share expertise with others and give and receive constructive feedback. Experience leading project teams is preferred.
Education and Experience:
This position requires at least three years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. PMP certification is preferred.
Location:
This position reports to our Arlington, Virginia, office 4 days per week.
Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Must be a US Citizen.
Physical Requirements:
The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation : Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
