HOW A PROJECT EXECUTION MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Primary point of contact and point of escalation for funded projects. Responsible for scope, schedule and budget management of Customer based Project Portfolios. Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks for Customer based Project Portfolios. Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned Customer based Project Portfolios, including contract and subcontractor management. Supervises assigned Customer based Project Portfolios staff. Supports Portfolio staff to develop technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work. May also perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison for project execution. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED

Security Clearance:

Active Secret security clearance, with TS/SCI preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Year's Experience:

5+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience.

Technical Skills:

MS Office and MS Project experience. Requires ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
