Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance required About the Opportunity The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee administrative support operations at its Arlington, Virginia headquarters. This position supports a high-visibility federal program providing operational, records management, administrative, and technical support services. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise administrative support personnel Manage project schedules, staffing, and performance metrics Oversee quality control and operational compliance Coordinate reporting, budgeting, and office management activities Support records management, procurement, and HR-related functions Ensure customer service excellence and contract performance Provide risk management and process improvement recommendations Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience Strong leadership and supervisory experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with: Project planning and scheduling Budget management Records management Office administration Quality control processes Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Requirements U.S. Citizenship required Must be eligible for a SECRET security clearance Benefits Competitive compensation Federal holiday schedule Professional work environment Long-term contract stability Employment for this position is dependent upon the successful award of the contract to our company.
