The position is subject to a contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing an administrative contract providing the following support to the
Agency:
Records Management, including disposition and disposal, including identifying, classifying, prioritizing, storing, securing, archiving, preserving, retrieving, tracking, and disposal of Agency records Supporting the Agency's FOIA program, including receiving and tracking requests, updating the FOIA database (Agency-specific data repository), coordinating respondent documents, drafting response letters, and assisting in meeting FOIA reporting requirements Generation of data and reports, dissemination of information both internally and externally, to include incoming and outgoing mail, receptionist/visitor assistance Ensure the Agency's training center, conference rooms, and equipment are functional and ready for events Maintenance of all Agency workrooms, etc. Support to the Office of Administration in the areas of travel, facilities, and other administrative management programs
Minimum Qualifications Required:
At least 15 years of relevant work experience Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills Experience with performance and oversight of Quality Control Program Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting Experience with administrative services like office management, records, human resources support, or procurement Experience analyzing and implementing business processes Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps Proficient in using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance Experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes Understanding of budget management, contractor personnel oversight, and other relevant administrative functions Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events College degree required, business, management, or related degree preferred Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment. Possess strong organizational and customer service skills. U. S. Citizenship is required.
