Work You'll Do As a Project, Manager on the team, you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of learning events aligned to project objectives and stakeholder expectations Serving as the registrar lead for the component, owning participant enrollment, registration tracking, attendance management, and related administrative controls Partnering with instructors, subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to coordinate the design, sequencing, and delivery of training activities Overseeing training logistics, including course scheduling, materials readiness, classroom or virtual session setup, and participant communications to ensure smooth execution Maintaining accurate training records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with program policies, procedures, and operational requirements Proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving scheduling, registration, and logistical issues to support continuity of training operations Providing operational leadership and administrative oversight to ensure training events are delivered in a coordinated, professional, and service-oriented manner A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required:
7+ years of professional work experience 2+ years of experience coordinating with stakeholders across an organization 1+ years of experience with supporting training or learning program delivery 1+ years of experience supporting intelligence community clients Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance Bachelor's degree Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future #CJ1 Deloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
