Description:
JSL is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Product Owner to oversee the next gen digital and customer care project and interface with the client.
Will Do:
1. Experience with the planning, management, leadership, coordination, budgeting, customer contact and execution of large-scale and complex projects similar in nature, scope and complexity to work contemplated in this SOW. 2. Articulate and communicate the overall product vision, goals, and strategy to align stakeholders and the development team. 3. Maintain a transparent, visible, and well-understood Product Backlog, which includes features, epics, user stories, and defects. 4. Order Product Backlog items to maximize business value, ensuring the development team works on the most impactful features first. 5. Act as the primary link between the business, customers, and the development team, representing the voice of the customer. 6. Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, address questions, and facilitate decision-making. 7. Gather customer feedback and analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 8. Participate in key agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives, to facilitate the development process. 9. Supervision of substantial Information Technology operations, which encompass user systems, integration, deployment, and training, in diverse operating environments with employees of various job categories and skills. 10. Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services. 11. Strong technical understanding of the areas of work and many of the technologies contemplated in the SOW. 12. Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering. 13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials. Ability to interact and communicate with key managers and functional experts including internal service delivery teams, client project teams, external service provider project teams, and subcontractor to understand the current environment, the contract requirements and proposed solution; and to develop and gain approval for project scope, schedule, cost and quality management plans to implement technical solutions. 14. Demonstrated experience in executing, monitoring, and managing projects to successful, high-quality and on-budget completion.
