Job Description
Gaston & Wyatt has spent more than forty years earning a national reputation for custom architectural millwork, with projects from New York to Palm Beach and a legacy that includes Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. That reputation is built one project at a time, and the Project Manager is the person who protects it. This is a role for someone who wants to own complex, high-end work from start to finish and deliver it at a standard our clients return for. What You'll Do Own millwork projects end to end, from contract through fabrication, finishing, delivery, and installation Manage schedules, budgets, and scope, and lead the solutions when conditions change in the shop or in the field Serve as the primary contact for architects, general contractors, designers, and owners, representing G&W with care Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and logistics to keep quality and timing aligned Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, sharing the knowledge that makes the next project better than the last What We're Looking For Required Three or more years of project management experience in millwork, construction, or high-end custom fabrication Proven command of project schedules, budgets, and client relationships Confident communication and a record of solving problems before they reach the client Preferred Working knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and millwork fabrication Experience with project management or ERP software What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and long-term disability, plus an HSA contribution 401(k) with a company match Paid time off and six paid holidays, with weekly pay The chance to manage landmark projects with a team that treats quality as its legacy If you take ownership, respect the people you work with, and want your craft to stand the test of time, Gaston & Wyatt is the place to do your best work.
