Special Operations Communication Systems Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting the sustainment efforts for various Special Operations Forces (SOF), including Naval Special Warfare (NSW), the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Deployable Specialized Forces (DSF), and other related commands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects for C5ISR sustainment efforts, working closely with unit commands to maintain, repair, modernize, and provide training for C5ISR equipment, including Next Generation Tactical Radios and auxiliary equipment, Intercom Systems, Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, Deployable Integrated Communication Package (DICP) systems, and other similar equipment. This position is located in Chesapeake, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Chesapeake, VA or surrounding areas. Required Education, Experience, & Skills At least 3 years of experience working with L3Harris Falcon family of radios At least 3 years of experience working with Special Operations Forces Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (if degree is in business, then a technical minor or military experience in a technical rating or MOS is also needed) and at least 6 years of related experience OR Associate degree and at least 9 years of related experience At least 5 years of project management experience Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or M365 suite of applications Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience working with SOF commands or similar organizations Knowledge of C5ISR systems and sustainment processes Experience managing and conducting maintenance efforts Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$88189 - $149922 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
