Job Description
10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong techno-functional expertise in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Lead the end-to-end Citizens ecosystem lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, execution, deployment, and operational governance. Manage BIRA-related initiatives, Digital Passport programs, and associated citizen-facing platforms and services. Conduct risk assessments, identify project dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans. Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and compliance standards across multiple workstreams. Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, steering committee updates, and cross-functional coordination. Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Facilitate requirements gathering, change management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
