• PMI PMP Credential required. (VITA Project Management Certification considered)
• Extensive lead project management experience managing schedule, scope, and budget for varying size technology projects including enterprise level.
• Direct management of business stakeholders and project team members; Ability to define and gain consensus on direction
• Strong understanding and application of project governance through authoring and applying governance artifacts including charter, change mgmt, etc.
• Clear and concise oral and written communications tailored towards technical and non-technical audience.
• Knowledgeable of MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
• Project Management experience within state or local government preferred.
