# of Openings 1 Job Location US | US-NC-Charlotte | US-VA-Richmond | US-FL-Orlando | US-VA-Danville | US-NC-Raleigh Category Civil Relocation Assistance Yes Service Line IES Job Description We are seeking a Data Center Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, in any of our Deweberry offices. Our growing, fast-paced site/civil engineering practice seeks a client focused, highly motivated, organized engineer. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading technical teams in all aspects of site/civil project design with initial focus on land development and site/civil projects within our National Programs Market Sector. The types of projects anticipated are with private sector and commerical accounts with a focus on data centers. Knowledge of industry standards and proven ability regarding site development drawing production required. Extensive coordination and meetings with the client are anticipated to meet project requirements, scope, and need. Responsibilities Collaborate and lead design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans. Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control design Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets. Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting. Mentor and train junior/mid-level staff. Required Skills & Required Experience BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.+ years' progressive design experience directly related to site/civil development projects. 8+ years of experience PE license required Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft office is required. Proven track record of meeting project and client deadlines. Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets. Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and review agency staff. Composes technical reports, memorandums and other written communication such as email. Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously on several projects at once. Don't meet every single requirement?
