Our services include interior and exterior painting, roofing, siding, windows, residential exterior remodeling, and light residential interior renovations. On the commercial side, we provide finish work including painting, flooring, lighting, wall coverings, and exterior envelope improvements. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field operations and oversee the successful execution of multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the quality standards our clients expect. The Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating field crews, supporting client relationships, and maintaining project performance across a growing portfolio of residential and commercial work. This role serves as the head of field operations for assigned projects, working closely with crew leads and supporting foremen to ensure efficient job site execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee residential and commercial projects from start to completion Coordinate project schedules and ensure work progresses according to scope and timeline Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates and maintain strong relationships Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed Directly oversee crew leads and ensure field teams are properly supported Work closely with the Field Foreman to coordinate day-to-day jobsite execution Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and maintain profitability Ensure work orders and project details are clearly communicated to crews Assist with material selections and project preparation when needed Address issues that arise in the field and coordinate solutions with internal teams Participate in weekly operations meetings and report on project status and performance Process change orders efficiently Utilize company systems such as Monday.com, PaintScout, and CompanyCam to track project progress Team Structure The Project Manager serves as the leader of field operations for their projects and is directly responsible for overseeing crew leads and ensuring work is executed according to company standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction or project management experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients and field personnel Organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Clean criminal history
