Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead and oversee interior and exterior finishes projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience managing commercial construction projects involving finishes, renovations, tenant improvements, healthcare facilities, corporate interiors, educational facilities, hospitality projects, or similar commercial environments. Key Responsibilitie sManage multiple commercial finishes projects simultaneously from award through completion .Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement logs, and forecasting reports .Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure complete understanding of project scope .Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle .Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain regular communication with owners, general contractors, architects, and trade partners .Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation .Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, safety, and financial performance .Identify and proactively resolve scheduling, manpower, material, and field coordination challenges .Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when required .Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, final billing, and turnover documentation .
