ASAP Overvie wIntepros is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enablement Coordinato r to support ongoing Product and Partner Enablement initiatives. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence across multiple strategic programs by coordinating training activities, managing enablement content, supporting project operations, and ensuring successful execution of key go-to-market initiatives The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has experience supporting training, communications, content management, and project coordination effort s.
Responsibiliti esTraining & Enablement Coordinati onCoordinate training sessions and microlearning programs, including scheduling, meeting setup, attendee management, and completion trackin g.
Manage invitations, virtual meeting logistics, attendance reporting, and learner engagement metric s.
Support the rollout of new product and feature enablement initiative s.
Content Management & Governan ceMaintain enablement platforms and content repositories by uploading recordings, updating resources, managing links, and ensuring content accurac y.
Support the launch and maintenance of product and feature knowledge hub s.
Ensure documentation remains current, organized, and accessibl e.
Content Development & Communicatio nsDraft and format internal communications, announcements, newsletters, and training-related conten t.
Convert technical and business content into presentations, one-pagers, and learning material s.
Assist in the development of asynchronous learning resource s.
Knowledge Management & Feedback Progra msCreate and administer quizzes, surveys, and knowledge check s.
Compile and analyze feedback results to support continuous improvement effort s.
Curate and maintain frequently asked questions (FAQs) from internal channels and office hours session s.
Data & Reporting Suppo rtGather and organize adoption metrics, engagement data, and stakeholder feedbac k.
Support reporting efforts by compiling insights and summarizing finding s.
Assist with voice-of-customer (VOC) and pilot program feedback analysi s.
Project & Program Coordinati onCoordinate enablement deliverables across multiple partner teams and stakeholder s.
Maintain project plans, task tracking, and workflow management within project management tool s.
Support operational transitions and process improvement initiative s.
Organize team calendars, recurring meetings, office hours, and related communication s.
Qualificatio ns2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, enablement, training operations, or related role s.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneousl y.
Experience coordinating meetings, events, training programs, or enablement initiative s.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill s.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platform s.
Experience working with content management systems, learning platforms, or knowledge repositories is preferre d.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environmen t.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspac e.
Preferred Qualificatio nsExperience supporting sales enablement, product enablement, learning & development, or go-to-market team s.
Familiarity with virtual training platforms and survey tool s.
Experience creating presentations, training materials, or internal communication s.
Exposure to data reporting, adoption metrics, or stakeholder feedback analysi s.
