Responsibilities Job Specific Details and Tasks:
The duties include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee administrative and clinical staff and daily office operations Manages resources effectively to improve overall patient outcomes Responsible for managing clinic medical and office supply inventory Facilitates the delivery of quality health care; ensures a safe environment of employees and patients Review and analyze clinic metrics Manages supplies and equipment inventories and assures equipment is maintained and in working order Submits reports and data in a timely manner Maintains working knowledge of the Contract, abides by the contract, laws, regulations Educates staff on clinical performance measures and monitors compliance. Takes action to address deficiencies as identified. Review and analyze clinic metrics Comply with regulatory agencies' standards regarding hazardous/biological waste management/disposal Ensure clinic staff maintain required credentials and educational requirements Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science, Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school Current Registered Nurse License
  • Commonwealth of Virginia 5 years nursing and occupational medicine experience Maintain American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Course C, AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) provider certifications
