Senior Mechanical Project Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary plus discretionary bonuses and performance incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness initiatives, and employee discounts Career advancement opportunities and a supportive team culture Senior Mechanical Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline 10+ years of industry-related experience in mechanical systems design for commercial, government, or multifamily sectors 5+ years of project management experience Knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, and building modeling software such as TraneTrace or eQuest Thorough understanding of business and financial principles for consulting projects; familiarity with municipal codes and regulations Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or EIT and LEED accreditation strongly preferred Senior Mechanical Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills Proven innovation, leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities Strong client relationship management and business development mindset Experience mentoring or developing junior staff Senior Mechanical Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead all phases of complex mechanical design projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards Mentor and guide junior project managers and design engineers Oversee project development, including scoping, budgeting, and technical execution Foster client relationships, serve as the primary project contact, and resolve inquiries or technical questions Direct the preparation of project documents, specifications, estimates, and reports Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals Conduct field investigations and provide technical support during construction and project closeout Actively participate in business development, marketing meetings, and client presentations If you are looking for meaningful impact, professional growth, and a chance to shape high-profile projects within a respected industry leader, we encourage you to apply.
