We are seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role is based out of our Ijamsville, MD office but will work on project sites across the DMV. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and is proficient in Procore. Why Join Dustin? We offer a comprehensive, lucrative benefits package , including: Competitive salary 401(k) with company funding Generous paid time off Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance What You'll Do Interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications Communicate proactively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Partner with Superintendents to drive on-site progress and maintain project schedules Assist with schedule sequencing, tracking, and updates Review invoices and help prepare monthly pay applications Support change order processes, RFIs, PCOs, and documentation Track materials and proactively manage delivery timelines Maintain complete on-site project documentation (contracts, submittals, logs, etc.) Attend key meetings (progress, zoning, safety/MOSH/OSHA/VOSH) Support project managers during preconstruction Fill in for Superintendents as needed (including occasional evenings/weekends) Assist with punch-list development and closeout processes Coordinate inspection scheduling and follow-up What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in an A/E/C field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore strongly preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong follow-through Self-starter who works well independently and within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Willingness to work evenings/weekends as required to support project demands Ready to grow your career with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and professional development?
