POSITION TITLE

RECORDS - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026. Applications received after that date may be reviewed and considered as they are received. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
This position is highly skilled, technical work. This position works with design consultants, project managers, and other Prince William County Schools staff in the preparation, development, and review of construction documents. This position assists the project team with submission of all construction documents to state and local jurisdictions for all applicable permits, code modifications, and non-conforming code issues. This position serves as a liaison to all state and county regulatory agencies and building officials, as well as assists with design collaboration between internal departments (Facilities Management and Construction), to ensure actionable items are addressed appropriately. This position performs work under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Construction and interacts with the Supervisor of Field Operations.

Salary Range:
$110,021 - $178,345 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package - 250
