  • Mechanical Construction The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
The role offers full ownership of project execution, direct interaction with clients and field leadership, and responsibility for driving financial, schedule, and quality performance across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction projects from award through completion Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project milestones Review and manage subcontractor scopes, change orders, and payment applications Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements Track project labor productivity, cost performance, and risk exposure Coordinate with engineering and estimating teams during preconstruction and design phases Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact Prepare and present project reporting, including cost-to-complete and schedule updates Drive project closeout activities, including documentation, commissioning support, and final billing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects Proven experience with HVAC, piping, and/or plumbing systems Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and change management Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ preferred Ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management and construction software tools What's Offered $135k
