Full-Time Build One of the Most Advanced Manufacturing Facilities in the United States We are seeking an experienced Basebuild (CSA) Superintendent to play a key leadership role on a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing project in Manassas, Virginia. Join a landmark semiconductor manufacturing project with national significance Work alongside top industry professionals in advanced technology construction Lead major CSA scopes from site development through building completion Be part of a collaborative team delivering one of the most technically demanding construction projects in the market Opportunity for long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding sector What You'll Do As the CSA Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading field execution of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Direct daily field operations for sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, and architectural finishes Lead subcontractor coordination and manage multiple trade partners across complex work fronts Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, MEP, Cleanroom, and Tool Install teams to ensure seamless project execution Drive schedule performance through proactive planning, issue resolution, and recovery strategies Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site safety requirements Monitor quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards Conduct daily site walks, field inspections, and subcontractor coordination meetings Manage look-ahead planning and support pull-planning initiatives Identify constructability concerns and resolve coordination challenges before they impact production Maintain accurate field documentation, progress reporting, and schedule updates Support inspection, testing, turnover, and handoff activities throughout project completion What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of construction experience with significant Civil, Structural, and Architectural project responsibility Previous experience serving as a Superintendent on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or advanced technology projects Strong understanding of concrete construction, structural steel, building envelope systems, and architectural finishes Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage field operations on fast-track projects Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM models Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain Preferred Experience Semiconductor fabrication facility (Fab) construction experience Cleanroom, mission-critical, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing project experience Experience working within highly controlled environments requiring precision tolerances and strict quality standards Familiarity with Lean Construction, Pull Planning, and Last Planner methodologies Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and related construction management software Ideal Candidate You are a hands-on field leader who excels at coordinating complex scopes, driving schedule performance, and building strong relationships with trade partners.
