McLean, VA, five days per week, Mid-level PM - only candidates with 5-8 years overall experience will be considered Updated Position Summary We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager / Scrum Master to support enterprise data initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on Agile project coordination experience who are comfortable managing multiple priorities, driving execution, and partnering across technical and business teams. The position is best suited for professionals still actively growing in their PM/Scrum career path and looking to deepen experience within enterprise-scale data organizations. Updated Required Qualifications 5-8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Scrum Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles Minimum 2 years of recent experience serving as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an enterprise environment Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including coordination across data, analytics, reporting, or platform teams Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and execution-focused environment Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination Experience partnering with both technical and business teams to drive delivery outcomes Strong communication, organization, and execution management skills
