Responsibilities Manage luxury residential remodeling projects from start to finish Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communication Coordinate closely with architects, designers, field teams, and ownership Handle project documentation, change orders, scheduling, and cost tracking Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards Proactively solve problems and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the construction process Ideal Background Experience managing high-end residential remodeling or custom home projects Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced environments Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset Experience working with affluent clientele preferred What They're Looking For Strong leadership and professionalism Client-focused mentality High attention to detail and quality Team-oriented personality Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional projects and experiences Compensation will be highly competitive and based on experience, with strong long-term growth potential available.
