About the Role As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Manage all phases of assigned projects, including setup, execution, and closeout Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Maintain strong communication with customers, partners, and project stakeholders Oversee submittals, reporting, scheduling, and project documentation Ensure projects meet design specifications, budget requirements, company standards, and timelines Participate in pre-bid site visits, project meetings, and progress reviews Manage closeout activities, including O&Ms, warranties, and documentation Foster strong relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors Assign and direct work for project staff and support successful team performance What We're Looking For Strong understanding of construction and mechanical project processes Journeyman or Master's license, or a degree in construction management or a related field Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency with computers and project-related software Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required Why Join Southern Air?
