  • Division 10 Richmond, VA | Raleigh-Durham, NC | Atlanta Metro, GA Lingo Staffing is recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a growing family-owned company that provides interior furnishings, equipment, casework, and custom woodwork solutions for research, healthcare, and educational facilities.
This organization specializes in Division 10 and specialty construction projects, partnering with customers to deliver highly functional environments that support innovation, education, and patient care. Their team is known for providing product expertise, project clarity, and exceptional customer service throughout every phase of a project. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career construction professional with at least two years of project management, project engineering, or construction coordination experience who is looking to grow within a specialized and mission-driven industry. Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout while ensuring customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Review architectural plans, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements. Coordinate procurement activities, vendor communications, material deliveries, and installation schedules. Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages. Communicate effectively with architects, facility managers, end users, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting schedule, quality, or customer expectations. Support projects involving specialty furnishings, laboratory equipment, casework, custom woodwork, and related interior solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, assistant project management, project engineering, construction coordination, or a related construction role. Commercial construction experience required. Experience with Division 10 products, specialty construction, casework, millwork, furniture systems, healthcare, educational, laboratory, or institutional projects is preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $72,000
