TQI Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to support our customer. In this senior role, you will organize, direct, and coordinate all activities associated with complex projects, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, stakeholder requirements, and enterprise-level strategies. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

$110,000-$125,000 (DOE)Responsibilities:
Participate in Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to accelerate naval Force generation (Fg) efforts in accordance with the Global Maritime Response Plan (GMRP) Review Response Condition (RESCON) change requests from subordinate commands, to include waivers and policy exceptions Develop and deliver strategic-level briefs on GMRP readiness, RESCON status, and emergent GMRP-related actions, for Flag/General Officers and other key stakeholders Support the planning and execution of emergency ship repairs for deployed units in coordination with TYCOMs and SYSCOMs / PAEs Support the planning and execution of multiple emergency ship repair exercises for deployed units in coordination with TYCOMs and SYSCOMs / PAEs over a 12-month cycle Lead internal Knowledge Management (KM) process improvement efforts to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness of emergency ship repairs Analyze emergent repair requirements, policies, and procedures; and develop plans that produce high-quality deliverables, including information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence Analyze naval and maritime processes, including integration with other warfighting functions, to identify strengths and areas for improvement during planning and execution Coordinate with the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) to determine logistics requirements and supportability planning Support ongoing campaigns, operations, and crisis response efforts aligned with Commander objectives Draft, review, and edit naval correspondence, including letters, messages, and instruction updates for senior leadership Provide periodic GMRP training, as directed/requiredRequirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years of combined experience in the following areas: — Operation and maintenance of U.S. Navy ships or submarines — U.S. Navy training and maritime operations — Planning and operational assessmentsAlternate Acceptable Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with eight (8) years of general experience, including six (6) years of recent relevant experience or Master's Degree with seven (7) years of general experience, including five (5) years of recent relevant experienceRequired Skills and Expertise:
Familiarity with the OFRP (cycle-based) and ability to formulate recommendations relating to Force generation and GMRP (condition-based) requirements. Strong background in U.S. Navy training, maritime operations, and ship maintenance Knowledge of Navy planning processes and operational assessment efforts Excellent technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to draft, edit, and provide recommendations on naval correspondence and instruction updates Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for a leadership role Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risk and influence decision-making This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
