Program Manager Lead (D&S Transformation)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead change adoption across the Distribution & Service Transformation journey, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and sustainable outcomes. You'll partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, identify training needs, and align messaging and execution. You'll orchestrate change across a distributed environment, driving through governance and change management to enable strategic objectives. • Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and dependencies
• Produce status reports highlighting risks and issues

• Conduct root-cause analysis and produce actionable work products

• Mentor Program Managers on benefits identification and alternatives
• Adhere to EPMO processes, governance, controls, and templates
• Drive adoption and sustainment of changes per USAA Change Management methodology Tasks
• 8+ years of project and/or program management experience
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies
• Advanced risk management knowledge
• Strong program management methodology and change management principles
• Proficiency with USAA's change management methodology or similar
• Experience managing large budgets
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Expert level in Principles of Project, Program or Portfolio Management
