GENERAL SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight and coordination of the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) federal grant project. Work involves the coordination of performance assessment activities including, but not limited to, conducting face-to-face assessments of families, coordination of services, and the management of assessment scoring. Duties require workflow analysis, process improvement, problem solving, grant reporting, and project management skills. Reports to department leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs the service provision of screening and assessments. Completes documentation in accordance with quality assurance guidelines. Coordinates data and compiles reports in SPSS and other project related software. Effectively and timely communicates pertinent information with multiple departments and with other grantees across the country. Contributes to ongoing research/program evaluation activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
None required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in psychology, social work or other related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in conducting program evaluation and/or treatment outcome research highly desirable. Previous training and/or experience administering standardized measures with children and working with children/families who have histories of child maltreatment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in computer application programs to include but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet applications, and statistical software (such as SPSS). Ability to analyze and problem solve independently. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are needed to work cooperatively with colleagues from multiple disciplines, collaborate across teams, and to coordinate trainings and data reports. Ability to collaborate effectively and courteously with children, caregivers, colleagues, and external partners is required. Increased Security Clearance may be

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
