SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the incumbent is responsible for planning, coordining, and implementing graphic design, digital media, and content stregies in support of MCCS programs, services, promotions, special events, and other activities sponsored by or affilied with MCCS operions. Serves as the lead and oversees the development, coordinion, and integrion of MCCS graphic design, digital content, website, social media, and visual communicion requirements. Plans and executes graphic designs, layouts, and visual media in support of printed and digital communicions. Develops and produces a wide variety of advertising and promotional merials to include print advertisements, posters, brochures, signage, banners, direct mail, photography/video, website content, electronic marquees, digital signage, and other promotional items as needed.MAJOR DUTIES
Crees, designs, and manages MCCS website, digital assets, and social media content using a variety of programs to include Adobe Creive Suite (Photoshop, Illustror, InDesign Premiere Pro, After Effects), Microsoft Point, , Instagram, and other reled software to prepare and execute visual/digital communicion products to promote program participion and/or increase brand awareness. Ability to shoot/edit photography and/or video for real-time/scheduled social media content. Organizes and tracks social analytics, website performance, and campaign results. Prepares after-action submissions, analyzes results, and makes recommendions for future campaigns, projects, and events. Supervises multimedia, graphic design, print, and marketing staff to include task assignment, delegion, coaching, counseling, mentorship, leave request approval/disapproval, personnel actions, completing performance reviews, and facilites professional development training. Assigns work, establishes priorities, reviews projects for quality, accuracy, and compliance. Ensures visual and digital communicions are aligned with MCCS brand standards, communicion stregies, and mission requirements. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy and professionalism. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Fosters a workplace culture founded on respect, accountability, and professional growth. Adheres to safety regulions, standards, and supporting principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualificions Bachelor¿s degree in graphic design, marketing, digital media, communicions, visual arts, or reled field approprie to the work of the position and/or professional certificion in graphic design, digital media, web content management, marketing, branding, photography, or reled field AND four years of progressively responsible experience demonstring knowledge of graphic design, layout, digital content development, branding, marketing stregy, photography, social media and/or website content management. Strong computer skills are required to include Adobe Creive Suite applicions, knowledge of website design and use of a content management system to include Point, HTML/HTML5, CSS, and digital asset management is preferred. Must possess excellent written and oral communicion, strong organizional and detail-oriented expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects one time. Must have least two years of supervisory/lead experience to include the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and priorities, establish goals, and develop plans to meet those goals. Knowledge and ability to collabore across a complex organizion as well as navige through the USMC military teams to accomplish objectives. Must possess a valid driver¿s license.
