- Your role and responsibilities
- As a
Project Manager:
Oracle Transformation, you will lead a project team in delivering Oracle Applications solutions as per the project charter or contract. You will hold overall accountability for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage Project Plan and Budget:
Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing both IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors.
Lead Project Team:
Provide strong leadership to the project team to ensure collaboration and effective solution delivery.
Ensure Contractual Compliance:
Oversee and manage contractual deliverables to ensure compliance with the project charter or contract.
Apply PM Methodologies:
Utilize expertise in project management methodologies to drive project success.
Coordinate Resources:
Coordinate staffing requirements, including IBM, client, and third-party vendor resources, to meet project needs.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
- Required technical and professional expertise
- Deep Expertise in
Project Management:
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a strong track record of delivering results within scope, cost, and schedule constraints.
Oracle Applications:
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Applications, including implementation and delivery of Oracle solutions.
Strong Understanding of PM Methodologies:
Deep familiarity with project management methodologies, including their application in complex project environments.
Team Leadership:
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, including IBM, client, and third-party vendor resources, to achieve project objectives.
Contract Management Expertise:
Experience in managing contractual deliverables and ensuring compliance with project charters or contracts.
- Preferred technical and professional experience
Advanced Oracle Solutions Knowledge:
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Applications implementation and delivery, including expertise in Oracle solutions.
Complex Project Environment Exposure:
Familiarity with managing large-scale projects, including experience with project management methodologies in complex environments.
Cross-Functional Leadership Skills:
Experience in leading high-performing teams, including IBM, client, and third-party vendor resources, to achieve project objectives.
