  • Contract Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Field Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
Projects are in varied locations with varied time schedules. Average project requires 3-5 month on site field management. All travel, housing and daily food allowance included. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate on-site activities, manage project teams, and ensure that all aspects of construction are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Responsibilities Manage and assess on-site project activities, seven days a week ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with design specifications. Utilize construction management software to plan, track, and report project progress. Conduct continual site inspections to monitor work quality, safety standards, and adherence to contracts. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports. Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders through clear updates and coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate standards throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and count all FF&E receivables and assess and document damage. Experience Proven experience in construction management or as a Field Project Manager within the construction industry. Extensive on-site construction experience with a strong understanding of civil works and schematics interpretation. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for diverse types of projects. Familiarity with contracts management, project scheduling, and time management best practices. Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and quality assurance procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
