Senior Civil Project Manager Benefits & Compensation Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and support for professional development Discretionary bonuses and performance-based incentives Wellness programs, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and employee discounts Senior Civil Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, land surveying, planning, or related field Registered (licensed) professional in field of expertise strongly preferred 10+ years of experience in A/E industry and/or commercial, residential, or governmental land development, including 3-5 years of project management Experience with water/wastewater systems, water treatment, water distribution, and pump station projects Proficiency with civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD and/or Civil3D Senior Civil Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills Strong track record in marketing and business development within the A/E industry Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams Exceptional client management and operational insight Ability to interpret and apply municipal codes and regulations Senior Civil Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD technicians throughout project lifecycles Plan, schedule, and execute complex land development projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Prepare, review, and direct the creation of designs, specifications, reports, and cost estimates Maintain productive relationships with clients, agencies, subcontractors, and internal partners Lead billing, budget management, and financial monitoring for assigned projects Oversee quality assurance, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous process improvement Contribute to business development, marketing presentations, and client retention initiatives If you are ready to advance your civil engineering leadership career with a forward-thinking organization, apply today to join a team making a real difference in the Richmond region.
