Role Accountabilities Build and lead a team of committed and capable employees to ensure successful project execution Develop and implement methods to identify, measure, and monitor operational process quality and efficiency in appropriate areas of accountability Identify opportunities, initiate and lead process improvement initiatives in the organization Develop, implement, and manage a process to provide project status updates to Company executive management, business units, and clients Identify and recommend improvements to the business units' project execution processes Ensure that contracts/PO's, Letters of Credit, bond, and trade compliance requirements are met for the shipment of equipment, software, and documentation to integrators, suppliers, and clients worldwide Ensure appropriate personnel are notified when critical commercial information is incomplete for proper execution of project coordination accountabilities Ensure the effective design, development, implementation, measurement, and management of processes to continuously increase capability in responding, analyzing, resolving, and reporting client issues in a timely manner Ensure project execution activities are properly managed within Oracle Projects General Employee Accountabilities Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager Give manager best advice Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager Exemplify Company Core Values:
