We are looking for a highly creative individual with a drive to succeed to become the newest member of our coordination team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in the trade show, events, or project management industry. Working alongside experienced Exhibit Coordinators and Account Managers, you will help coordinate exhibit programs, support client projects, and learn the trade show business from the ground up. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. We are looking for a candidate that thrives in this environment, who possesses a strong work ethic, a drive to learn and grow, can take ownership of a project, and follow it through from concept to completion. Responsibilities Work as part of a trade show account team supporting multiple client programs and events. Assist Exhibit Coordinators and Account Managers with day-to-day project management activities. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments including design, graphics, production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, show organizers, venues, and subcontractors via email, phone, database systems, and in-person meetings. Review exhibitor service manuals and identify show requirements and deadlines. Complete and submit trade show service orders, including electrical, internet, furnishings, labor, material handling, and other show-related services. Coordinate shipping arrangements, labor scheduling, and on-site logistics. Create client estimates, obtain competitive vendor quotes, and assist with invoice reconciliation and project billing. Maintain accurate project records and update internal databases and project management systems. Attend client meetings, planning sessions, and site inspections as required. Track project schedules and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Assist with exhibit inventory management and warehouse coordination. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle. Support on-site event execution and trade show operations as needed. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work directly with clients in a professional, service-oriented manner. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability and willingness to learn new software programs, systems, and industry processes. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Occasional travel to client meetings, site inspections, and trade shows. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as project schedules require. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday; however, flexibility is required to accommodate client needs, event schedules, and projects across multiple time zones.
