Job Description

• MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN 2 HOURS OF RICHMOND VA

• Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large electronic security installation projects within data centers across Northern VA and Richmond, VA.
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships and managing expectations.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Conduct field verification of work sites and document issues and solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure accurate field documentation.
• Oversee system programming and final system checkouts.
• Drive project closeout activities, including punch lists and client training.
• Provide technical and administrative support to project teams.

• 10+ years of Project Management experience leading low voltage construction projects, ideally under Division 27 or Division 28 standards
• Experience managing projects in a construction setting and interacting with a general contractor on a day-to-day basis
• Strong project schedule and budget management experience
• Experience managing projects valued $2M
• Experience with MS Project (or another scheduling tool), MS Excel and other MS Office tools
