This individual will manage multiple active jobs simultaneously, partnering closely with leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client and insurance requirements. This role is a blend of field and office work, involving site visits, coordination of subcontractors, and detailed estimate preparation. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project execution, maintaining strong client communication, and supporting billing and collections processes. - 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation project management
- Hands-on experience writing estimates using Xactimate (required)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Comfortable balancing field work (site visits, coordination) and office work (estimating, documentation)
- Familiarity with basic systems such as email and CRM/project tracking tools
- Understanding of job costing, scope development, and project lifecycle
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
- 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation project management

- Experience coordinating subcontractors or third-party vendors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and documentation
