Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects! In addition to strong project management experience, we are looking for someone with the desire and potential to grow into a leadership role within the organization, helping to mentor team members and drive the continued success of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 40-50 commercial HVAC and plumbing projects ranging in value from $500 to $5 million. Oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout. Coordinate with clients, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project financial performance, including monthly billing, accounts receivable, and cash flow management. Maintain project documentation and reporting using company systems and software. Conduct site visits as needed to support project teams and ensure project objectives are being met. Respond to project-related communications outside of normal business hours when necessary to support operational needs. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications Senior-level Project Manager with a background in commercial HVAC and plumbing construction. Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with a company of similar size, structure, and operational complexity. Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Procore. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites as required. Ability to work on-site in the office a minimum of 40 hours per week.
