Role Description This is a full-time position for a Senior Project Manager for the Architecture Team, located in Chantilly, VA, office. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing single family residential architectural projects, coordinating expediting tasks, handling logistics, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and goals. More specifically, they will be managing a team of architects and designers, with the scope of experience from schematic design, emphasis on construction documents and construction administration. The architecture team is proud to design and build their residential designs. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple architectural projects effectively Manage with a deadline focus toward prioritization. Relevant experience in single family residential design and construction for 5+ years preferred Capability in AutoCAD and understanding of 3D BIM software for learning Higharc. Experience in conducting thorough Inspections and ensuring quality control (QC) standards are consistently met Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a collaborative on-site environment Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy efficiency standards is a plus
