A financial services organization is seeking a Project Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity in Vienna, VA. The role supports enterprise-level projects and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. About the

Responsibilities:
Support medium- to large-scale projects from planning through implementation Coordinate project schedules, timelines, documentation, communications, and staffing plans Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, change requests, and action items across multiple workstreams Facilitate meetings, stakeholder sessions, executive discussions, and vendor requirement meetings Prepare and maintain project documentation, process maps, status reports, playbooks, and operational workflows
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or program support Experience supporting enterprise-level projects and cross-functional initiatives Experience coordinating project schedules, documentation, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications Experience facilitating meetings, stakeholder sessions, and executive-level discussions Experience with project lifecycle methodologies and process mapping Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, planning, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal oversight Experience preparing presentations, reports, and project status documentation
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field Experience supporting projects within regulated enterprise environments Prior experience in financial services or other large enterprise organizations
