Job Description

At Child Development Resources (CDR), we believe every child deserves a strong start. We are a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing high-quality, inclusive early childhood education that nurtures the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. CDR empowers children, families, and early childhood professionals to reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they may face. We are pleased to announce an opening for an Fatherhood Reporting Analyst within our Fatherhood First program. This program serves fathers in the Greater Hampton Roads area by promoting meaningful father engagement through education, support, coaching, workforce assistance, and connections to community resources. The Fatherhood Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting program success by ensuring accurate, secure, and effective data practices. This position works closely with staff to maintain data integrity, analyze program outcomes, and support continuous improvement efforts.
What you will do:
Oversee data collection and ensure protection of client information Respond to program's needs for improving data collection and analysis Review performance measures to identify trends, gaps, or lack of data Respond to requests for information and produces database reports for staff Analyze data to monitor progress towards program goals and requirements Assist in production of reports for the program and the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) Work with the Project Director to lead the Continuous Quality Improvement team. Participate in meetings and consults regularly with supervisor to discuss progress and issues. Maintain records and data including service delivery documentation, evaluation measures, mileage, and other related documentation. Identify plans with supervisor for meeting individual professional development needs. Attend and participate in OFA-sponsored grantee meetings, local meetings and conferences as directed. Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts in collaboration with community partners.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required Experience with database management preferred Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Familiar with the structure and requirements of a grant-funded program and nonprofit organizations Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience writing reports based on data analysis Must be able to contribute to a positive and productive team When you join CDR, you're not just starting a job—you're joining a supportive, community-focused team where your work truly matters.
