Job Description

Project Planning and Management :
Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Team Coordination :
Hire and manage subcontractors, coordinate with architects and engineers, and supervise construction workers to ensure project goals are met.
Budget Management :
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective practices are followed throughout the construction process.
Quality Control :
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Communication :
Maintain clear and frequent communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address any issues or changes in project scope.
Problem Solving :
Address and resolve any unforeseen issues that arise during construction, such as delays or supply chain disruptions.
