Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction ???? Middlesex, Vermont | Onsite + Tri-State Travel | Full-Time Ready to build projects that actually matter? Day-To-Day:
Manage 3-4 active construction projects at a time Lead projects from planning through closeout Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables Run project meetings and maintain timelines Visit job sites weekly/biweekly across the Northeast region
What We're Looking For:
3-7+ years of Project Management experience Background in heavy civil, wastewater, renewable energy, excavation, utilities, or related construction Experience managing $2M+ projects from start to finish Ability to read blueprints and understand survey/layout work Strong communication and problem-solving mindset PMP Certification is a plus Experience with Procore or Oracle P6 Grit, urgency, and a solutions-first attitude
