PM Compensation:
Full commission with a recoverable draw paid semi-monthly•estimated $70,000•200,000+ per year , depending on performance. Company Overview Double Eagle Interiors is a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, including carpet, tile, hardwood, natural stone, and vinyl. We cater to a diverse clientele, including custom builders, production builders, remodel contractors, and do-it-yourself homeowners, ensuring exceptional service for projects of any size. Summary As a Flooring Sales & Project Manager , you'll be responsible for managing the full sales and project lifecycle—from the first customer meeting to final job completion. You'll prospect new business, present tailored flooring solutions, estimate pricing and materials, and manage installation coordination. This role blends inside sales, field visits, and project oversight to deliver a high-touch customer experience. Responsibilities Manage flooring projects from initial inquiry through to final installation Prospect and secure new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and property managers Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide tailored recommendations Accurately measure jobs via blueprint take-offs or on-site visits Create competitive, clear estimates and submit purchase orders Coordinate schedules between customers, installers, and vendors Oversee job progress to ensure quality and timeline standards are met Stay informed about industry trends and new products to offer relevant solutions Ensure timely invoicing and assist with follow-ups for payment when necessary Qualifications Experience in flooring, construction, or a related sales/project management role Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple active projects and deadlines Familiarity with blueprint reading, take-offs, and construction processes Comfortable conducting product presentations QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required Inside sales or builder account experience is preferred Why Join Us Unlimited earning potential with full commission structure Supportive, family-owned company with a strong industry reputation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer contribution
