Job Overview:
•We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role combines creativity, organization, and customer service to guide clients through the design and project management process from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets to create tailored design solutions.
Design Consultation:
Assist customers in selecting materials and finishes, including flooring, countertops, window coverings, and bath remodel elements.
Project Management:
Oversee the renovation process, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Problem-Solving:
Address customer questions and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Sales Support:
Educate clients about our products and services, providing recommendations to meet their renovation goals.
Training and Development:
Participate in training to build product knowledge and project management skills.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary; we will provide comprehensive training. A passion for interior design, home renovation, and customer service. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Basic computer skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management software).
