Project Coordinator Legacy Home Center - Belfair, WA $20-$25 an hour | 30-40HRS / Week About Us Legacy Home Center is a fast-growing home builder specializing in manufactured, modular, and traditional construction. We are a tight-knit, high-performing team focused on delivering quality homes and an exceptional client experience. Position Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and help drive projects from initiation through completion. This role is critical in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. This position reports directly to the Project Managers and will be based in Belfair, WA . Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in scheduling and coordinating project timelines Communicate updates between clients, vendors, and internal teams Assist in managing project lifecycles from start to finish Create and send invoices Maintain organized and accurate client files Provide excellent customer-facing communication and support Conduct occasional site visits as needed Help ensure projects stay on time and within budget Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document management) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required What We're Looking For Someone who: Takes ownership and follows through Communicates clearly and confidently Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball Wants to grow within a company and be part of something bigger Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Discounts on flooring, paint, and other home improvement goods Employee discount home buying program Work Location Belfair, WA (in-person with occasional site visits) Apply Today If you're ready to be part of a growing company and play a key role in delivering projects that matter, we'd love to hear from you.
