Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Power Solutions Project Manager to lead and coordinate power deployment projects within a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the energy strategy across multiple locations while working with a diverse team of professionals. Responsibilities Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple power solution projects from inception to completion. Manage project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery. Conduct quality assurance checks to verify compliance with technical standards and specifications. Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Prepare and present status reports to upper management, highlighting project achievements and challenges. Facilitate the procurement process for necessary equipment and materials. Navigate complex permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions. Drive project execution by identifying and resolving critical path blockers effectively. Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within power infrastructure or utility-scale projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, power generation, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale industrial or logistics facility power infrastructure. Familiarity with natural gas pipeline design and air permitting processes. Knowledge of commissioning and energization of critical power systems. Certifications such as PMP or PE are highly regarded. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
