Your impact As a Project Coordinator, you'll be obtaining facilities design and resource commitments for routine, small to mid-sized projects. Identifying acceptable options with customers to clarify needs and develop scopes of work, coordinating and overseeing contractor activities, schedule adherence, site conditions, safety, and budget to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. You 'll have the chance to work with a major Aerospace client project which is based in the greater Seattle Washington area. This exciting and engaging program will utilize your Project Management focus to help ensure safe and efficient delivery of multiple small to mid-sized capital facilities projects. You'll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with multiple stakeholders in the project owner's organization. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree or technical degree in related field (or equivalent, relevant work experience) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams At least 2 years' experience of technical inspection and/or construction observation work in a construction environment, specifically construction specifications, drawings, and documentation Experience in municipal construction or related field Experience with multiple trade inspection, construction and estimating The physical ability to move around an active construction site Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver results Ability to develop interpersonal relationship building, resolve conflicts, and participate in diverse teams Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and learn on the job Ideally, you'll also have Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field Proficiency with

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
