We specialize in high-end interior, exterior, cabinet, and carpentry projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience through communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Supervisor to support our Project Manager in overseeing residential painting and carpentry projects in the field. Position Overview The Project Supervisor works directly under the Project Manager and helps ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role focuses on assisting with crew coordination, customer communication, job site quality control, scheduling support, and daily project operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a long-term leadership role within a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager with overseeing residential painting and carpentry projects Visit job sites to ensure quality standards are being maintained Support communication between crews, homeowners, and management Help coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines Conduct walkthroughs and document project progress Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional Help resolve minor field issues quickly and professionally Follow up on punch list items and touch-ups Upload photos, notes, and updates into company systems Support crews with accountability and daily expectations Assist with confirming paint colors, materials, and project readiness Help maintain a high-end customer experience throughout the project Requirements Experience in customer service Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using phones, apps, and project management software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience Performance and growth opportunities Leadership development within a rapidly growing company Opportunity to grow into a full Project Manager role Ideal Candidate You are dependable, proactive, organized, and care about delivering a great customer experience.
